This Privacy Policy describes how The Wellbeing Report (the "Site," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you visit or use thewellbeingreport.com or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the "Services"). For purposes of this Privacy Policy, "you" and "your" means you as a visitor to or user of the Services.
When you click a link on the Site, you may be directed to an independent third party that operates under its own privacy policy. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised Privacy Policy on the Site and update the "Last Updated" date above. If we make material changes, we will provide a more prominent notice where required, such as a notice on the Site or, where we have your email address, by email. Information We Collect
The types of information we collect depend on how you interact with the Site.
Information you provide directly. The Site generally does not require you to create an account or provide personal information to read its content. However, if you choose to contact us (for example, by emailing us or submitting a form we may make available), we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
Information collected automatically (Usage Data). How We Use Your Information

Advertising Attribution and Affiliate Tracking
Because the Site operates as an advertising-supported publication, we use tracking technologies to determine whether visitors interact with advertisements, click promotional links, visit advertiser websites, complete actions or purchases on third-party sites, or otherwise engage with offers. The Site contains affiliate links, and we may earn a commission or fee when you click certain links or take a qualifying action with a third party.
When you click a link on the Site, information such as a unique click identifier, campaign identifier, referral source, timestamp, and device and browser information may be transmitted to affiliate networks, advertisers, advertising and native advertising platforms, and tracking or attribution providers for purposes of referral tracking, conversion attribution, fraud prevention, and commission calculation. Where feasible, identifiers used for these purposes may be pseudonymized or hashed. Please note that opting out does not stop all data collection or advertising; it limits interest-based (targeted) advertising and the sale or sharing of information for that purpose by participating partners. Opting out is specific to the browser and device you use, may not apply to all partners, and clearing your Cookies may reset your choices.
How We Disclose Your Information
We may disclose information about you in the following circumstances:
- Service providers. With vendors and service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, data analytics, and IT services.
- Advertising, affiliate, and attribution partners. With advertising networks, native advertising platforms, affiliate networks, attribution and tracking providers, analytics providers, and marketing partners who use Cookies and similar technologies to deliver and measure advertising and to track referrals and conversions. Sensitive Personal Information
We do not intentionally collect "sensitive personal information" as defined under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) or similar laws, for example, precise geolocation, government identifiers, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, health information, or information about sex life or sexual orientation. We collect only approximate location (derived from IP address), not precise geolocation. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you, and we do not use it for purposes that would trigger a right to limit its use under applicable law.
Health Information
The Site publishes content about health, wellness, and related products, but it is not a healthcare provider, health plan, or healthcare clearinghouse, and it is not subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We do not intentionally collect information concerning your medical conditions, diagnoses, treatments, prescriptions, symptoms, or health status through the Site, and we ask that you not send us such information. California residents (CCPA/CPRA). We may disclose these categories to advertising, affiliate, attribution, and analytics partners, service providers, and affiliates as described above. We do not knowingly sell personal information for money; however, our use of advertising and attribution Cookies and similar technologies may be considered "selling" or "sharing" personal information under California law. The categories that may be "sold" or "shared" are identifiers, internet or other electronic network activity information, and commercial or attribution information, disclosed to advertising, affiliate, and attribution partners. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16 years of age.
Residents of other U.S. states. Residents of states such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and others with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights, including the right to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal information, and (in some states) to appeal a denial of a request.
Nevada residents. Nevada residents may have the right to submit a request directing us not to sell certain covered information as defined under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A. You may submit such a request using the contact information below.
How to exercise your rights. You may exercise your rights by contacting us at support@thewellbeingreport.com, or, for advertising opt-outs, by using the methods described in Advertising and Analytics above. To verify your request, we may ask you to provide information such as the email address associated with your request and to confirm details about your interactions with the Site. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, and if we deny your request, we will inform you of the reason and, where required by applicable law, provide instructions on how you may appeal the decision.
GDPR: EEA, UK, and Other International Users
The Site is operated from and intended for users located in the United States, and we do not target users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK), or other regions outside the United States. If and to the extent the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to our processing of your personal information (for example, due to monitoring of behavior through cookies and tracking technologies), the following applies:

Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. Data Security
